Shipping and returns
Shipping
All items in the shop are ready to be shipped and usually dispatched the next working day.
I use a variety of shipping companies: Slovak Post, FedEx, TNT, DHL and Packeta. You should be able to see the prices and choose services during checkout. Price of the shipping depends on the weight of the item and your location.
If you choose Standard Shipping (Slovak Post), I'll ship your order First Class registered and provide a tracking number. The package will be delivered by your local state postal service.
International posting varies quite a lot depending on the workload of Customs and average shipping terms are:
for Europe - 2-7 days,
for the US - 7-15 days,
rest of the world - 7-21 days.
FedEx, TNT and DHL are courier delivery services. Phone number is required by them to arrange the delivery. Average delivery time is 2-5 days.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellations are accepted before the item is shipped (usually 1 business day).
Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving the purchase for a refund or shop credit. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me by means of a clear declaration (by sending an e-mail to intretromachines (at) gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from purchase.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products. Special shipping costs that were made on request of the customer and differ from the standard shipping cost, are non-refundable. The refund will be made once the item is received back in same condition.
Warranty
Defects should be reported within 30 days after receiving the item. In case that the defect is proven and wasn't originally stated in the item's description, such items are subject to warranty and refund will be provided. In case I require a return shipping, I will cover the shipping costs.
